By using Aktum Legal you agree to these terms. Please read them before using the platform.

1. General provisions

These terms govern the use of the Aktum Legal (aktumlegal.ee) website and platform between AKTUM DIGITAL TÜ (reg. 17513985) and the user.

2. ⚠ AI output is not legal advice

Aktum Legal’s AI-generated answers, document drafts and recommendations are informational and do not constitute legal advice within the meaning of the Estonian Advocates Act. Consult a qualified specialist when making concrete legal decisions.

3. Limitation of liability

Aktum is not liable for damages arising from the interpretation, application or reliance on AI output. The AI can be wrong, especially with complex or novel questions. Final responsibility for your decisions always rests with you.

4. Intellectual property

Website content, design, code and brand elements belong to AKTUM DIGITAL TÜ. AI answers are based on public sources (Riigi Teataja, Estonian Supreme Court, ECtHR, CJEU), the copyright of which belongs to the respective institutions.

5. Acceptable use

Prohibited: (a) overloading the system with automated requests; (b) reselling AI output to third parties without written permission; (c) using the system for illegal activity; (d) using other users’ accounts.

6. Pricing and payments

Paid tiers are described on the pricing page. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. The fee is charged as a recurring monthly payment in advance, in the same amount, until the subscription is cancelled. You can cancel at any time — it takes effect at the end of the current billing period and the next fee is not charged. Withdrawal, cancellation and refund terms are described in the returns terms.

7. Dispute resolution

Disputes shall be resolved through negotiation. Failing that, disputes will be resolved in Harju County Court under Estonian law.

8. Changes to these terms

Aktum reserves the right to amend these terms. We will notify users of material changes by email or via the website at least 30 days in advance.
