2. What personal data do we process?

On this marketing site (aktumlegal.ee) we process the following:

Waitlist email — voluntarily submitted to receive previews and launch information.
Contact form content — name, email and message text so we can reply.
Authentication data — when signing in via Microsoft Entra External ID, Microsoft processes your user ID and email on our behalf.
Anonymous usage analytics — Microsoft Application Insights collects page views, clicks and performance only with your consent (cookie banner).

3. Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6)

Waitlist and contact form — consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Authentication — contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)). Analytics — consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). Security and log retention — legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

4. Retention

Waitlist emails: until launch or deletion request.
Contact form content: up to 12 months from last interaction.
Authentication logs: 90 days.
Anonymous analytics: 30 days (Application Insights).

5. Data transfers

Data is processed on Microsoft Azure infrastructure (data centre in North Europe, Ireland). Microsoft Corporation acts as our processor. We do not sell or transfer data to third parties for marketing.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, erase (right to be forgotten), restrict processing, object, and port your data. You may also lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate. Write to info@aktumlegal.ee to exercise these rights.
