Aktum Legal is a digital subscription service. This page explains how and when access is activated and what costs apply to the customer.

1. Nature of the service

Aktum Legal is a digital subscription service (legal search and an AI document drafter) accessed in a web browser after signing in. No physical goods are delivered.

2. Delivery method and time

Access to the chosen plan is activated automatically and immediately after a successful payment — usually within a few minutes. An order confirmation is sent to your email address. There is no separate shipping or waiting period.

3. Delivery costs

As this is a digital service, no shipping or delivery costs apply. The monthly fee shown to you (€9 or €29) is the final price in euros, with nothing added. AKTUM DIGITAL TÜ is not registered for VAT.

4. Subscription term and renewal

The subscription is monthly and renews automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel it. For cancellation and refunds, see our returns terms.

5. Access problems

If access is not activated or an error occurs after payment, contact us at info@aktumlegal.ee or +372 5384 1498 (Mon–Fri 09.00–17.00). We will resolve it as soon as possible.
